Détermination du genre et des espèces possibles d'après photo par Dr. Stephan M. Blank (de la Deutsche Entomologisches Institut, Müncheberg, Allemagne) : « Difficult to say something more detailed. Since the apices of the fore and middle tibiae seem to be pale and the mesepisternum is mostly pale it might be A. liberta (Klug) or A. cornubiae Benson. These species require closer scrutiny of tiny morphological characters (denticles of saw, shape of hypopygium) for safe identification.?»

Eerste verschil zit hem in de antenne: «Antennes au fouet à 10 articles chez Athalia sp. et à 1 article chez Arge sp.!... Tous les Athalia européens ont des marques noires sur tarses et tibias... » (aramel) De onzekere Athalia liberta en Athalia spec. zijn eigenlijk te beschouwen als hetzelfde. Bovendien moet Athalia-soorten altijd zwart hebben op tarsen en tibia (aramel) wat niet erg duidelijk is op deze foto (wel het geval op de waarneming van 22/4/2011). Tenthredinidae sp,, Nematinae sp of Nematus sp hebben nog langere antennen.
Nog te bepalen in hoeverre Tenthredinidae sp, Nematinae sp of Nematus sp de meest aangewezen determinatie was (familie, sub-familie of genus) ...

Biotopes
Peut-être Athalia liberta ou A. cornubiae. Les larves de la première vivent sur Alliaria petiolata, Arabidopsis thaliana, Cardamine hirsuta, Sisymbrium officinale. Les larves de la seconde sur différents Sedum.
