Gedetermineerd door 'Smerinthus' op het Phegea forum
Volgens Gardensafari een trekvlinder (niet op andere sites), vrij grote grasmot met een spanwijdte van 22 tot 30 mm. Kenmerk: witte veeg over de gehele voorvleugel (Gardensafari), 'fairly distinctive with its pale yellowish or creamy longitudinal streak which branches into 'fingers' towards the wing tip.' (Uk Moths).
Werd na 2004 nog niet gemeld voor Brabant (Catalogue).
